Set-up and support

  • We set it up with you, and you keep one named contact at Accolgo
  • A price agreed for your organisation, not a fixed plan

Your 14 free days start when your first check-in goes out, or after 7 days, whichever comes first.

If you go over your plan, we tell you first, and any change starts from your next bill. Prices exclude sales tax.

The three plan prices are in US dollars (USD).

Included in every plan

  • A way for new starters to ask for a private word with someone senior
  • Line manager view and a weekly summary email

Questions before you choose

What counts as a new starter?

Each plan covers a number of new starters added in a plan year: Starter 20, Team 60 and Growth 150. Your first plan year starts on the day your subscription starts, and a new one starts on each anniversary of that day. New starters added during your free trial count towards your first plan year.

We count every new starter added to Accolgo in your plan year, and in your first plan year also those added during your free trial, including anyone who has since left or been removed. Changing plan, up or down, does not reset the count. It starts again from zero on your anniversary.

What if we take on more new starters than our plan covers?

We tell you when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan. Going over never stops you adding a new starter. If you go over, we move you to the plan that covers your number, no sooner than 7 days after telling you, and the new price starts from your next bill after that.

Above 150 we never move you automatically. We will ask you to talk to us about an Enterprise plan.

Can we change plan later?

Once you have subscribed, you can move yourself on this page to a bigger plan at any time, and the new price starts from your next monthly bill. You can choose a smaller plan, or change your mind, up to two days before your anniversary. It takes effect only at your yearly renewal: we schedule it, and you stay on your current plan until then. Until the renewal we do not charge extra for the part of the month you have already paid for, and we do not refund it.

On each anniversary, from the bill on that day, we set your plan for the coming plan year from the number of new starters added in the plan year just ended, as counted the day before, up or down. We tell you beforehand, usually 14 days before.

You can also choose a smaller plan for your coming plan year, even if you have added more new starters than it covers this year. We move you to it from your anniversary bill, and you move up again only if you go over its number in that year.

You can choose a smaller plan for next year, or change your mind, up to two days before your anniversary.

When do my 14 free days start?

The trial starts on the day your first check-in goes out, so no days are used while you get ready. That check-in can be for a new starter or for someone already in their first six months.

If no check-in has gone out 7 days after you sign up, the 14 days start then anyway. So your trial ends no later than 21 days after you sign up.

What happens when the free trial ends?

No card is taken, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If you do, everything you set up during the trial, including your new starters and their answers, stays as it is.
